Quikonnex Wins - Hands Down |
|
Last week I walked into our local post office to send some Christmas cards and pick up my mail. I dropped the cards on the counter for the postmaster and proceeded to my mailbox while thinking through all the things I had to do that day. When I looked up, the postmaster was smiling and told me how much I owed him. I had forgotten to put stamps on the cards. He just went ahead, put the stamps on the cards and told me what I owed him. I was stunned. Now that's customer service. With a smile. If this would have happened in the city, I would have received a bunch of cards back with postage due notes on them. My experience with the Quikonnex publishing service has been much the same. As a publisher, it was becoming more frustrating every day trying to send out KIT to my subscribers. My autoresponders were being blasted with unsolicited mail, my Inbox was flooded with their garbage and I was getting pretty close to quitting publishing altogether. This isn't an uncommon theme right now. Many publishers, both big and small, have had to take a step back to address new laws and regulations that may affect their business in a significant way. The sad part is many are thinking of quitting. Don't quit. If you need to reach your readers but want to get
out of email delivery of your content, then Quikonnex is for you.
It doesn't cost your subscribers a thing. As a member of the
Quikonnex community you receive: The QMTP private messaging system beats email hands down on any
given day. No more lost mail. If you are already a publisher
and want a media-rich content management that you can easily tie
in with your website, Quikonnex is for you. You don't even need
to have a website right now for this to work for you. Here are
some of the benefits: The creators of the service are Jim Gray and Carolyn Peltier. These two exceptional people exemplify the meaning of 'ethics'. They know and understand the meaning of customer service - with a smile. They have worked tirelessly to perfect this service and they will keep adding to it as the need arises. They understand the publishers who need to stay in touch with their subscribers but are tired of the hassles encompassed with email delivery. More publishers are switching to the Quikonnex service every week and it is easy to understand why. If you were losing interactivity with your readers, you'll love the fact that they can 'comment' on the spot or reach you directly without using email to do it. Stop wasting your valuable time on those mind numbing list maintenance tasks, those silly characters in certain words to avoid getting caught in filters and all the other nonsense we've come to accept as normal in today's publishing arena. It's time to get back to what you do best - provide good content
to your readers. You'll find everything you need to know about
